- Every order is processed within the day it is received. Accordingly, it is sent on the next working day. Of course, at peak times delays are possible, usually within an additional 48 hours.

- Each backpack can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in the form in which you received it with all accompanying documents, at your expense. In such a case, you indicate a bank account with the returned product, to which the value of the goods will be refunded to you within two days of receiving it at our office. - Yes! Each backpack has a 1-year warranty, which is with us and it applies to any defects that arise from its use.

How is USB charging used?
- To use the USB charging, you need to have an external battery regardless of its size, which you plug inside the backpack in the place indicated for this. Then plug your phone cable into the jack on the outside, respectively your phone.

Are backpacks really waterproof?
- Yes, the backpacks are waterproof and can protect your belongings in the rain. However, this does not mean that they will be waterproof when you immerse them directly in water.
